Qualifications & Experience

•             Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with customer base and suppliers(Must-have).

•             Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

•             Preferred large project experience/background either in China or Australia

•             Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on-site.

•             Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

•             Strong leadership and communication skills.

•             Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

 

Responsibilities

•             Supervise custom outdoor projects across Sydney metro areas, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

•             Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high-quality results.

•             Build strong relationships with clients in Sydney’s diverse neighbourhoods, especially Chinese speaking customers.

•             Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress, providing regular updates to management.

•             Ensure compliance with NSW health and safety regulations.
